"Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Applebee’s! You know what you’re gonna get at this place and thats the best part about it. Good food, drinks and service. Service was great from the bartender. They have a “wall” of draft IPAs to chose from as well as non-IPA draft beers. I had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp which was not light on the calories, but was full on flavor! The employees also came out and sung a happy birthday song to one of the patrons whose birthday it was. Bravo Applebees!"

"Very disappointed coming here this was our 3rd time at this location purely because it's a little closer than the linden location to us. The first time we came no one took our order or even greeted us, we were seated right behind the hostess table. A server from a different section had to wait on us. When we asked for a margarita it had no salt, we asked for the salt and the server pointed to the table salt and said there is salt right there. The second time we came all our food came out at once and the waiter was scarce, but the food was good. Today was the final straw to make we write the review. We came in and waited over a half an hour to not be greeted or spoken to. We even tried to call attention of passing servers and were ignored before we decided to speak to a manager. It seems like the waiters place the food down and run so they are not bothered. The poor manager did apologize, and offered to take our order but she seemed frazzled herself and didn't even know who was in charge of our section. I wasn't going to waist anymore time there so we declined the offer to have the manager be our server and instead decided to go to a place with better service. I guess it's my fault for giving the place another chance after the first horrible experience."

"I’ve been here 3 times with my partner and every experience has been the same. The servers are nice but seem very confused we are always given other people’s food several times in one visit by multiple servers. I went last night and my partner ordered a bacon cheese burger WELL DONE and the kitchen clearly ignored that request because we were given a patty that was STILL MOOING. Our server Jason was very apologetic and polite about the situation, he gave us a new burger and comped the meal which we were very grateful for. I’ve tried to give this place multiple chances but this most recent visit did it for me. Not only was my partner feeling sick after eating a raw burger, but I also experienced stomach pains after eating here. Don’t waste your time or money :("
