"ordered a burger with no cheese and mac sauce. cashier verbally confirmed my order with me and asked if the screen was correct (it was)… received a burger WITH cheese and NO mac sauce… unbelievable Lol."
"If they can't follow a simple request like fresh fries, they won't be able to follow any other order. My fries were not fresh- I got the burnt, sitting in the heating lamp, old oil fries when I asked for some freshly made ones. I would understand if it were busy but there was no one else in the drive-thru and I ordered online. When I drove through I asked for fresh fries specifically, the order taker "made sure" we had fresh fries. False. Don't waste your money here. Just go to the one in 1 and 9 not too far from here they at least give you decent fries not this burnt 45min to 1hr old fries."
"Imagine giving 24.00 in cash for $33 tab and you want to pay the remaining $9 in card but instead you're waiting there for 12 minutes and the kid who's working takes your card and charges you the full amount gives you the receipt and then tells you okay you're good but then it clearly says on the receipt no cash given the manager comes over who's a sweetheart and has a look like this ain't the first time and the cashier won't even tell the truth literally lies about getting cash. I am going to say that a lot of people probably complain about this kid and I am positive this manager is probably constantly bailing him"
"Buy one get one free double cheeseburgers in the app. Can’t beat two double cheeseburgers for $2.79. It is what it is as far as a fast food burgers, but you cannot beat that price. I always get extra catch-up, extra pickles, and extra onions when I order this, because that way I will get a normal amount as opposed to next to nothing. You’ll actually see in the picture extra pickles totaled three pickle chips. If you do not ask for extra pickle chips, you will only get two. The only extra I feel you actually get is ketchup. 5 stars on the cost, 3.5 stars on the burgers, blended score of a 4.25 overall."
"Clean, fast, the new computer screens work to put the order in. Our order was fine (kids don’t like anything on their cheeseburgers and the staff got it right.). Bathrooms were clean as well. Easy on and off from the NJTP."
