"Sloppy. And at first they were plain. I went back in to get the topping and I got it slopped on. Then I went to the cashier showed her my cookies. She brought them to the same girl who slopped it on she looked at me rolled her eyes and basically slammed then down on counter when she had to redo them. This place was dirty. The floor was a mess. The workers hair nets were useless. The cookies were all sold out. I came about 6 pm. They had only 1 cookie available. The cashier said maybe 2 hr more would be ready. So at 8 I came since I seen on the app they had more choices. I get it was busy but they need to learn how to manage a busy business and customer service. And with online and in store orders the company needs to figure out how to do inventory. Alot of people placed orders and were complaining they are not getting what they ordered after you pay. It was chaos for cookies!"

"Honestly, I’ve never just pointed by any of the cookies I’ve gotten from this spot! They even heat them up for you I mean is that luxury or what? The chocolate frosted cupcake was so good, the chocolate chip cookie is always a classic, but you cannot go wrong with any of the specialty cookies! They had an Olivia Rodrigo cookie this time that had just a little too much jelly for me, But they still remain undefeated! And I always get the waffle one whenever they have it. It’s so crazy! Even comes with a little packet of syrup so cute."
