"I absolutely love this place. I come here every once in awhile with a friend and we would order our favorite dishes. I don't know what my favorite donut is but I got to say I love the chocolate glaze donut, the chocolate frosted, vanilla frosted and I love the Boston cream pie donut with chocolate frosting on top. Also, my favorite drink is the hot chocolate. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend."

"Great donuts nice and fresh. I like this Dunkin donuts thr best in the Clark, Rahway area. They always have the donuts I like available, when other places usually run out. The only small issue I have is, I am never greeted when I come in the store. I usually have to let them know I'm ready to order, or I have to try to get someone's attention and they never really say hi. It doesn't bother me that much because I know they usually have fresh donuts but it's always more welcoming when youre greeted."

"It's one thing to take 10 minutes to complete an order when there's only two cars in front of me at 6am in the morning, but it is a whole other level of poor customer service to get to the front of the line and have the order be wrong. I can understand moving slowly to be careful and accurate, but being slow and still incompetent is not acceptable. Also my order was 1 item; not a long list of items prone to error."

"Usually, I used the drive-through to order here, and my drink has always been great. However, today I went in for once to order and it was entirely different. The drink I get is a very sweet one, but today it was incredibly bitter and my partner tried it and realised that the coffee was badly burnt. I had barely drank any of it and we hadn’t even left the store, so we went to the counter and asked them to remake it because it was burnt. The lady we asked said they wouldn’t remake it and when my partner asked if they just serve burnt coffee to people she replied “Yeah…I guess.” I ended up just throwing out the entire drink because it tasted horrible. No refund, no remake, nothing. Dunkin’ is known for being consistent, so this experience definitely doesn’t suit the brand and I hope the situation here improves."

"This new location with a drive-thru is in a small shopping strip at a busy intersection with driveway access to both the main road and side street. The building itself looks modern, yet has a local neighborhood feel. The donuts look great labeled and in a display case and coffee drinks on tap looks very upscale. There are several tables/chairs set up in the dining area as well as an ATM machine. The drive-thru is run efficiently and the staff is friendly and welcoming."
