"We came here for the first time coming from Canada and enjoyed our sub's. They were large and tasty. The menu is a bit confusing but you understand it eventually. The subs are huge. The sub pictures is their largest size. It can feed two people easily and I suggest just ordering one. We found the staff were polite. The restaurant could have been a bit cleaner but otherwise, we'd come here again. The hot subs are very good and should be worth a try. The review is based on criteria pitting this place against other fast food restaurant's. You will never get the same experience against a sit down place."

"Very Disappointed in what we got for the money. Ordered with friends a bowl for a blt and the portions we received barely fit half the container. In comparison to other subs as bowls we have ordered this is unacceptable. Due to the order being done as a group another man made the complete order for the 7 of us and picked it up. Very Disappointed will not return or order from NY location"
