"Was good coffee stop at counter almost 5 minutes before I was tended to. Overall can't complain"
"I used my Tim's rewards and had one for a free medium drink with $2.00 purchase. Which I made cause I bought a bagel breakfast sandwich. I didn't notice my drink did not come off. Of course, Tim Hortons does not give receipts. When I contacted them by email, they asked for a copy of the receipt, I told them they never give me a receipt. I never got a reply email back from their customer service, nor did I get refunded for what was supposed to be a free medium drink. Which they are still promoting. So, before you leave, make sure your drink is free or get a receipt for sure ,or you will end up paying for it and not getting your money back. From now on, I'm making sure to get a receipt every time. Even though I shouldn't have to ask."
"They were out of a bunch of different items in their display case. Hot coffee was made perfectly. Bagel was also made perfectly."
"1 year update they still don't know how to make grilled cheese. 2 warm pieces of bread with three slices of cold cheese. The sandwich never got warm enough to even melt a brick of butter that was in it. Honestly disgusting."
"Wow. So, they said they were out of frozen lemonade. Then said the machine didnt work. Then told us the credit card machine didnt work as we watched the other line and drive through use cards. Forgot 1 of the coffees. Then topped it off by making 2 of the drinks wrong. Idk what happened to this store but its dropped off hard"
