Panera Bread

"I live nearby to this location and ordered once for delivery when I had COVID a year and a half ago. My order was wrong and I had a hard time eventually getting the correct stuff delivered to me. Well, I FINALLY used them again yesterday and, AGAIN, my order was screwed up. I had a pick up order which forgot my cookies and I was visiting someone in the hospital and bringing them the food. As soon as I noticed (at the hospital, bummed to not have something that this person really wanted), I called three times, no one answered. I sent a friend over with my order # and they tried to tell them that they might not have any cookies left. No refund or anything additional to make up for their mistakes--the extra work for me to get my order, the person in the hospital not getting their food. I thought maybe my first experience was a fluke, but I'm guessing this isn't the case. I will not be using this Panera ever again."

"I do enjoy panera but this location although the food has always been well made there has been several times the employees are either rushed or something is going wrong and they screw up the orders. 3 Visits have had something wrong with the egg white breakfast sandwiches where once had sunny side up eggs, another time had just straight regular eggs, and a most recent time had no eggs at all. I order the breakfast feast at least 3-5 times a week for past year and this location although I don't visit much has been making these mistakes. The area also by their drinks is very sticky as well to walk in. Other than that, it's a great place, nice employees, and good fell overall they also have the best bathroom with automated everything. The best panera has been the one on Niagara falls Blvd and military rd. The worst I've been to had been the one on main St."

"There's so much to say about your local Panera Bread restaurants. Everything from their clean restaurant, affordable prices and amazingly fresh food makes it a wonderful experience. Our men's church group meets their every other Wednesday to enjoy fellowship and their excellent ambiance. Panera Bread offers a very calm environment for anyone to enjoy a moment of tranquility. I highly recommend this restaurant who's in the mood for a wonderful dining in experience."

"This is WORST experience I've ever had at a Panera. Paid full amount for pick up order. Bad missing 3 items I ordered. Didn't know until I was home. And the two things actually included were poorly made sandwiches. Literally one leaf of spinach and two tomato slices for a baguette sandwich. Of course no one is answering the phone at the store either."

"Typical Panera. Service was decent but not generally efficient. I order the Mediterranean veggie sandwich and corn chowder soup. Both were tasty enough. My guests had the strawberry salad, which they enjoyed. Restaurant was clean."
