"Placed a mobile order and even confirmed with the Manager I was at the right location. Could not give me my order still. Made me repay for my order and said the app will issue a refund within 24 hours because they can’t find it in their system. After I paid for my order again they proceeded to mess up my order. I used the app for convenience. Turned into a whole ordeal terrible service"
"2/4/24 8pm The slightly chunky young lady working the registry refused to remake a order and Gave me an attitude. Told me it's not her job to remake orders for customers and was completely rude and disrespectful to me. It's upsetting to be treated so badly by staff at this location."
"They could’ve just told me they were out of egg than giving me this… this isn’t the correct portion. I’ve ordered this for my daughter regularly. They also forgot my $7 steak and egg sandwich. Edit: I went back through to have it corrected and they took the food, put a crumb more of egg in the one and handed it back. They remade the steak sandwich but told me it was crossed off my order but on my end I was charged. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s before. I paid quite a bit for all this. $30 for this… I’m going to be calling someone about this for sure."
"Staff is very nice! But the food not so well. I ordered a double cheese burger. And basically the patty was very soggy. I decided to take a bite it tasted okay. I guess this place is okay but the patty is very soggy."
"I ordered a 4 piece nuggets and this what I got! The little sized nuggets were hard as a rock. The fries were cold and had been sitting. I was in busy traffic and not turning around to go back. Do better McDonalds…. Someone put those hard crunchy nugget pieces in the box and did not care. My grand daughter could not eat them."
