"Awfully slow. Wouldn't expect it to take over 45 minutes! in the drive thru at 245 in the morning for a couple of burgers. This is what "fast food" has come to. Skeleton crews to make the CEOs every single penny they can. I could have went to the store and made my own at home instead of waiting in a line with 2 cars. Lol! After getting home. Instead of 2 burgers, a 10 piece with 2 BBQ...I got 3 chicken sandwich things, 2 ranch, 2 buffalo. At least they got the 10 piece for my husband right. Ridiculous."
"They had at least 12 cars waiting in the drive thru for well over 20 minutes. Without the line moving an inch. It doesn’t take that long to fry a fry or cook a burger. Maybe don’t stay open 24hrs if you can’t properly staff the place. Update: We were stuck in the drive thru for an hour and I ordered a pumpkin pie and this is what I got…whoever was working this shift needs to be fired or taught how to properly handle and serve food. Also the fries were so bad I couldn’t even eat them."
"As a former McDonald’s worker myself that has done pretty much everything from grill, fry, initiate, and assemble, this place deserves 2 stars at the best. This place is usually pretty dirty, the floors and the tables. The patties are dry and not fresh, the burger was obviously put together very fast even though it’s not busy. I have asked for extra sauce and got just a tiny bit. It also appears that the woman doing fries does not have gloves on, this was not the case at the McDonald’s I worked, at as everyone needs to have gloves on at all times."
"This location has issues. Witnessed orders not fulfilled properly, our food came out with hot fries and barely warm cheeseburgers. This felt weird because it felt like there was lots of traffic because they looked busy. The reality seemed to be chaos in the back The staff appeared confused at times and would wander from their stations. The cashier kept wandering away from the cash."
"this was the worst experience of my life. i would give it zero stars if i could. i came to this mcdonald’s starving after my hard day of moving in need of some chicken nugget fuel. i spend $12 on my meal due to the water bottle up charge and then simply don’t recieve the chicken nuggets. now i’m hangry, the fries are soggy asab and cold. what has happened to america? like seriously where are my nugs"
