Panera Bread

"I frequent this Panera Bread quite often, almost weekly because it's the closest one to my house. 5 years ago I rated this location 5 stars, and I would like to be able to get it back there, but it seems the level of customer service is not the same. I also wish the drop coffee could improve as I canceled the monthly drink membership due to just not enjoying it..may bring it back for tea but this isn't a coffee shop, it's a bread shop... so when it comes to their specialty I have 0 complaints."

"Every time I come to this place it is pure chaos. I always have to wait an hour for my food. And as I’m sitting there watching my name on the screen other orders keep going above mine!!! Like they keep skipping over me!! Absolutely ridiculous! I said something about it and the man brushed it off like he didn’t believe me! I didn’t even have a big order… I got a large Mac and cheese. I waited over an hour for a Mac and cheese. Well today, I decided to do the “RAPID pick up” so I didn’t have to wait. Sure enough, my phone said pick up at 1:00pm. It is now 1:45pm. And once again, my name keeps getting moved further down and other names are going above mine. The gentleman next to me actually went up and said his name was getting skipped over and wanted a refund!! So I’m not crazy! They literally skip over you!! What kind of service is that?! As I am here standing in line all I hear is people complaining! No exaggeration! I’ve heard several people complain about different things! And the guy who may or may not be the manager, I can’t tell, isn’t any help at all, I watched him literally just walk away from someone who was speaking to him! The service here is terrible. This has happened to me about 3 times now. That’s 3 times too many. NEVER coming here again. I’ve learned my lesson. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Side note : This is the Boulevard location in Amherst. I’ve been to many other locations that are perfectly fine!"

"Nothing labeled GF on the menu. I asked the cashier, is anything gluten free? I never heard someone say no so fast. I ended up getting a chicken caesar salad no croutons she proceeds to say that's not gluten free you can get this salad though xyz. I said just take out the croutons please it's fine. She did my order but don't tell me what I can and can't eat I said just remove the croutons. Lol good to know I can only have salads here though, not coming back until you guys update your menu with the times."

"They need to stop asking for tips. Every time I order a sandwich it comes deconstructed. $10 for the “chicken” sandwich."

"Today was the best experience I have ever had at this location. I ordered online, which is very easy to do (plus you can rack up rewards!) and my order got here pretty quickly. The delivery guy was SUPER friendly and informative! I was very impressed. He gave me tons of coupons to give to myself and my coworkers for $10 off our next delivery. I got a take 2... I tried a different salad this time, slightly different than my usual. It was good, but it could have used a little more dressing. My sandwich tasted very healthy, which was what I was going for, and I love that they give you a baguette (or other type bread) with essentially every meal. I had one really bad experience where they really screwed up our online order, twice in the same day. They ended up refunding our entire meal. Not only did they come out to try and fix it but it got refunded, which was awesome, but unfortunately when you have to clock out for lunch, we were a bit over it at that point."
