"Visited the shop on a Sunday afternoon. The donut collection was good but there are many iced drinks in the menu. I got a small hot chocolate which was filled only to a 3/4 of the cup and was for $2.69 Along, with the chicken and roasted pepper wrap, it had a generous amount of cheese. It was for $4.79 and was small for the price and definitely not worth it. The tables weren’t clean and the food was absolutely not worth the price. In addition to the limited hot drinks wouldn’t recommend going here."
"I have been to a few different locations of Dunkin' in Buffalo NY and this one is by far one of the nicest. It's very clean, well kept by staff and up to date. The service was great we got our breakfast fast. The restrooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. Located across the street from the university. Very nice area in terms of parks and scenery."
