Zetti's Pizza & Pasta

"Please read for an honest review: On the evening of 10/30/23 I entered the restaurant with my 6-year old son at around 7:15pm to grab a couple of slices of cheese pizza. I’ve been a loyal Zetti’s customer since they were at University Plaza many years ago, but I don’t think I will ever visit again. Their slices are amazing but there was a blonde haired male at the restaurant who greeted every single customer coming in and going out except for me and my child. Not even a simple “hi” or “hello” or even “what can I get you?” Just stared at me with his head tilted up. I definitely did not feel welcome at the establishment. What did I do to this person? Was it the color of my skin? Or my race? Why did everyone else deserve to be greeted except me and my son? A police officer came in several minutes after me and received EXCEPTIONAL customer service including free food which I’d never accept as a LEO but that’s none of my business. He was greeted as he entered and left! I was waiting for any single person of the staff to at least say goodbye as we left but of course we didn’t get that. Zetti’s I shall end this relationship here as there are many other pizza shops who will welcome my business and my child to eat with open arms. Management, feel free to reach out so I can share the details."

"First time there. Very friendly. I ordered the stuffed shells, they were delicious. My husband ordered the spaghetti with sauce and thought it was very good. They brought out garlic knots while we we’re waiting. We will definitely be back. The pizza looked amazing."

"Have eaten here twice and have very much enjoyed the pizza and the service. It's a nice place for a slice or some other quick Italian food specialty. It's not a fancy dinner spot but, mmm, the slices are great and nicely sized and priced. I will return a third and fourth time. I recommend that BBQ chicken pizza, just enough touch of sweet, just right."

"One of my fav stops for pasta and pizza when crossing the border. They’ll fix you up with some fresh bread. The pasta plates are huge, I couldn’t finish it in one sitting. I got the spagh and meatballs, wifey got the lasagna, kids grabbed a couple of slices. We loved it all! Def coming back"

"Great slice of pizza (photo shows 2 but that is actually 1 serving of buffalo chicken). Server helped me chose the slice - buffalo chicken - and it was very tasty. My daughter went with the NY style cheese slice and said it was very good. The slice size is very big and I had trouble finishing mine. Price is reasonable. The pizza ovens keep the place very hot if you decide to dine-in. Location is very convenient for the hotels in the area. Server was very friendly and fast. We were travelling with a softball team and other parents recommend this restaurant and said the wings were very good. I will definitely return for another slice and wings next time I'm in town.
