The Cole

"I've been living at The Cole for nearly two years. The staff here is incredible and willing to help whenever needed. Recently I moved into a bigger unit here and the maintenance staff was outstanding. I was having tremendous difficulty moving a large couch into the unit. Within 30 minutes of reporting the problem, the maintenance guys (Jerry and Cody) helped cleanly disassemble and reassemble the couch to fit it through the door. There have been many other times where the staff here has gone above and beyond, but this instance certainly deserved a great review! The leasing office ladies (Jenny and Josie) are incredibly welcoming and kind. They have a vast amount of knowledge, not only with the apartment building itself, but the town of Columbus. If you ever want to know about a specific restaurant and you're new to the area, they are the ones to ask. I would highly recommend staying at this property if you can afford it. It's worth every penny."

"Long story short, the staff is amazing! Jerry and Cody from maintenance got the job done when it mattered the most. We love it so much here that we moved into a bigger apartment just so we could stay longer! The monthly community gatherings with food and entertainment is just an added bonus!"

"I lived there for a year, I just left almost a month ago. Pros: -They arrange community events that are so good for you to make friends and feel welcomed. - Staff is friendly, professional and they always go above and beyond. Jerry sometimes cooks meat dishes or brings pizza for the residents. - The infrastructure and common areas are always clean and safe. - The location is perfect in so many ways. - If you have an issue like a clogged sink or a water leak, you can always count on the maintenance team to fix it. - Jenny is always working hard so that everything works together. Cons: - Prices are just too high. I understand how the market works and all but there's always a limit and downtown Columbus is not that fun to be honest. - Related to the one above: Last time I checked they didn't have a coffee machine nor a printer and there are so many amenities that would be amazing to have when you are paying that much money. Regardless of the above mentioned cons, I'm giving 5 stars because the experience was great from the first day until the last one."

"The maintenance team at the Cole have been so friendly, quick to respond and effective with repairs. They make this place an amazing environment to live. The whole team here has been amazing! Between Jenny and Jerry and his team, my kids and I really love the atmosphere that they created."
