"I inquired about a townhome that would be open in a few weeks. I was told I was unable to view it because nothing was available to view and to fill out the application and send a holding fee. I filled out the app and was getting ready to send a money order for the $300 holding fee, but since I don't live in town and to expedite the process, I decided to call Eastlake to see if there was another option for them to take payment. When I called in, Lisa stated that the townhouse that I inquired about is now gone because someone put a deposit down. I was never given that option to do that when I inquired just a few days ago! I could've put the deposit down plus give 1st months rent at that very moment. I would have wasted time and money sending the application and holding fee when it has been rented out if I didn't call. Poor communication and poor customer service!"
"Love living here. Apartment, scenery, neighbors, the apartment staff, love it all. They are quick to help with anything, provide beautiful apartments, and quick to fix anything but I have only needed a lock on the door fixed because everything is in great condition! Also the price is great for a single mom."
"Beware!! My wife and I applied for an apartment and were accepted. Then they told us the the opening would be 3 months later than when we had to move my wife and I found another place that would meet our time frame for moving. When we told them this they refused to refund the 200 dollar for the deposit. Saying that because they did not reject our application they did not need to refund the 200 dollars. Beware when moving into this place."
"I have been a resident for a year now and I feel like I am home. The staff here are great, they are quick to respond to any questions or maintenance that needs done. The area is so beautiful, you are tucked back into a quiet wooded area with plenty of wild life, but still minutes from any stores you need. You get the Benefit of being hidden in the middle of the Tipton Lakes community, they have no shortness of paths to walk or run on. Their Gym and Club house is very nice, and laundry facility is maintained very well. If you want an affordable place to have peace of mind, helpful staff, and gorgeous views in a safe area. Then this is the place to be!"
