"Lol. These apartments were built by the lowest bidder. Nothing is constructed right. Nobody knows what they're doing. I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE! Gone through 4 landlords in 1 year! Nobody can handle it. Anybody who lives here without trouble is lucky or lying. Lol...these other reviews just make me laugh...out loud....:) oh and the GATE for this GATED COMMUNITY has been broken/stuck open for over 8 months...lol."

"Very nice units and affordable living. You really can't beat the price, of the overall quality. My mother is 79 and she likes the fact, it's a gated community. It makes her feel a little more secure. Not to mention, very nice and professional staff members. We have only had a couple of maintenance issues, since Oct 2017. The maintenance man, was very prompt and fixed our issues, the same day!!!"
