"We had reserved a king bed room and were switched to double bed room. As a Platinum Elite member with years of brand loyalty, this isn’t supposed to happen. The tub was dirty with lots of corrosion on the faucet, and there was no hot water for the shower. Extremely disappointed with this stay and will not be returning."
"They may not have the best updated rooms, but I can easily ensure you you’ll never meet a better and cooler staff (special shoutout to the night auditor [I forgot her name]). They’re (the staff including the man who usually works in the evenings, the kind woman who usually works the morning, the always kind and funny night auditor, and the housekeeper when I ran into her on the third floor). All of them were helpful, and resourceful no matter the needs!"
"There was a uaed washcloth draped over the shower curtain bar. Also, my RESERVED king room was switched to a double room? I am Titanium Elite, and THAT is not supposed to happen. I brought that up as I checked in the lobby, but nothing was changed. I had checked in through the app a couple of hours earlier, but that doesn't count. I won't say never, but it will be a long, long, long time before I stay there again."
"This started out bad, when I was caught in a snowstorm that was called “light snow” on the radio. It took nearly 3 hours for me to drive 30 miles on the interstate, and I had 20 miles to go on dark winding roads, so I asked spouse to book a room. And he did, for the following Friday. Within 5 minutes of booking (would have been less, but have you EVER had any luck with their automated phone tree? Took me 3 calls), I learned I couldn’t get money refunded. I asked if I could change the date— the price was $50 more. So I gave up and went to the motel. The entry hadn’t been plowed and sidewalks weren’t shoveled. With probably 4 inches of snow. So, already grumpy, now I had cold wet feet. If only there had been hot cookies on arrival…"
"When i first arrived at the hotel Amanda notified me that i had my reservation date wrong. She was quick and went above and beyond to help me fix the issue and get me into my room. She was amazing! I love this hotel and then Devi was nice when i checked out."
