"THE GM IS HORRIBLE!!!!!! RUDE!!!!! AND THREATENED ME IF I WROTE A BAD REVIEW!!!!!!!!My experience with this hotel was the worst I've ever experienced without stepping inside of it I scheduled to stay for one weekend and reschedule it for the next weekend the money still came off my card I asked the GM if I could reschedule or get a refund she denied both and said I took too long to reach out even though as soon as the money came off I called that night and was directed to call the next day and talk to a manager still couldn't get ahold of anyone the next day called the third day and the GM claims I never called when it first happened in which I do have proof I did call several times on my phone she was really rude to me and threatened me and my boyfriend if we wrote a review we would never be able to stay at her hotel again I've never stayed there and definitely never want to they stole $300 from me I've been a GM in Hospitality before she could have refunded me but she she just was being rude an inconsiderate not once did I yell or curse at her she's very rude and I would !!!!!NOT recommend staying at this hotel we are not going to let this issue go until we're refunded. I don't care how long it takes and I will be reaching out to management above her and I have documentation to prove I did what I was supposed to do on my end she could have at least allowed us to reschedule the next weekend. DONT STAY HERE they obviously don't get too much business if they need to steal a single mother $ 300"

"Empty breakfast at 7 am on a Tuesday. Waffle mix soured. No OJ or coffee (manager addressed). TV remotes digital and.confusing (no cheat sheet). $110 a night for what??? Oh, bed was comfortable."

"Better than some hotels in the area but needs improvement. Rooms are dated, treadmill didn't work, pool was closed, hallways had an odor, room was not cleaned during my three nights at this location. I been to several Sleep Inn, this is below average."

"Comfortable, clean room. Great price point. Off interstate 65. Close to eateries. The reason for a 4 is because the room isnt fresh looking. It has carpet. The curtain is falling. Ample parking. Front desk clerk was professional."

"I have been staying at this Sleep Inn for 4 years now. I stay one weekend every September. When I first started staying here it was a very nice hotel. Still a good buy for your money. But it has really gone downhill. Starting with the person who books groups. I know her name but will not mention it here. She was supposed to email confirmation numbers to us, and instead I guess she took off early for the weekend and left us hanging instead of following through with her responsibilities. Pretty poor service for a small group. 4 years and a lot of changes. Beside the failure of management to follow through with their responsibilities the place has went in the wrong direction. Lights in the room had wires pulled out of the plugs, the TV wasn’t plugged in. The faucet in the bathroom was very hard to shut off all the way. The ice machine on the first floor doesn’t work. When I inquired about another ice machine I was told about the one on the second floor, and she commented the one on the first floor hasn’t worked for quite a while? Why?? Is is not fixable. I bet it is…..someone in management just needs to have it fixed. The over all rooms are just getting run down and they need to just do some maintenance. They just aren’t!!"
