"If you are looking for a cheapish hotel this is the place. Overall my one night stay here was okay. The hotel isn’t the cleanest but also not the worst I’ve seen. The shower curtain is disgusting. It also took me a solid 10 minutes to figure out how to use the shower. Here’s a hint, pull the knob out. I would suggest wearing your shoes when walking around the room. The floors dont feel very clean. I did not see any bugs or rodents and the drapes over the window work really nicely on keep the sun out of the room. The area also didn’t feel unsafe to me. The beds were comfortable enough. The WiFi does not work or it didn’t for me."

"AWFUL…. If I could give this place negative 1,000 stars I would. Upon arrival the front desk worker was clearly high on drugs and charged us a $50 pet fee per night for our two dogs when the website stated $10 per dog per night, which we mentioned and were told it was wrong. The floors were sticky and there was food on the floor. While getting ready for bed a cockroach crawled up my arm and throughout our stay we saw eight cockroaches total. There was flooring being laid loudly right above our room late at night. In the morning we complained about the roaches and asked them again to lower the pet fee seeing as they overcharged us and the room was a wreck. They refused and when we asked for the general manager they said he wouldn’t be there until tomorrow. When we asked for the general managers name they refused to give it. They should be shut down. Absolutely do not go here."

"IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE 100 I WOULD!!! The only positive about this hotel is the location, they come banging on your door at 9:30 AM to ask if you are staying even if you have another day already paid for. They speak very little English. The rooms are disgusting and I had to clean them on my own. They absolutely have a mouse problem. I had to stay longer than I expected and the mice got into my stuff every night if I didn't put it up. One night I put my food items on the top shelve off the closet area and they got up there. Another incident that occurred is that I had to pay late and was told that was okay. After I got that taken care of I went to pay for another day and they told me no I couldn't stay and they didn't want my money. I'm currently waiting to move into my new home next week and with it being Christmas Eve it's a very difficult situation. This place literally does not care about its customers. They are absolutely rude. They also charged my card 2x for one night and refuse to do anything about it. RUN DO NOT STAY HERE! The manager is absolutely awful and has NO personality. I will be calling the better business bureau and reporting the mice/bug problem to the board of health."

"Checked in and went to room, it was filthy and had a few items that belong to someone else still laying around on the floor and there was no facet in the shower so you couldn't utilize that, which seems important! I checked right back out and stayed at the hotel next door. Clerk said I would get a refund which of course I did not. Have called and also contacted my bank but they won't give me my money back even though I didn't stay. Terrible hotel and the people I dealt with are super shady. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone."

"We usually stay at Quality in Nashville-which is nice. But at Columbus site, stayed one night and room smelled terrible. Toilet just stopped working and when we called for help/plunger, we were told there was nothing they could do. Bathtub and sink were dirty. Floor was filthy! Smoke alarm was in top desk drawer. It was not a good experience. Won’t go back."
