"We stayed for two nights. Monica Thayer at the front desk was very helpful with our stay. She was very polite and informative. Very nice young lady. We will be staying again and hope to see Monica again!"

"Honestly. Huge rooms, slightly outdated but that is fine. The breakfast is decent! The main reason for the 5 star review is the service. Christian was a fantastic front desk clerk, and was extremely accommodating. He was kind, fast and efficient. He's probably gonna be one of the reasons we will book again. Thanks Hilton Columbus."

"So we arrive Saturday Dec 9, 2023 at 8:15pm. The staff member was behind the desk when my husband went in to get a cart, by the time we loaded the cart and headed in she was sitting outside in a chair smoking. We waited at the desk, she never came in. Mind you, she SAW us come in , we walked right past her with the cart full of luggage, obviously checking in, SHE just never came in. We went ahead and came up to our room, Thankful we did online check in and had a digital key on the phone. Once in the room we called the front desk and no answer. My husband went back downstairs to await the staff member to request two extra pillows. She said No, because people steal the pillows! Are you KIDDING me!?!? My husband travels for business WEEKLY and 90% of the time he stays with Hilton AT HOME 2 SUITES! NEVER, and I do mean NEVER has ANY hotel, Hilton or otherwise declined request for extra pillows!! She was obviously very disinterested in customer service to begin with and perceived that to be a fact by declining the request for extra pillows! I suffer with lymphedema and keep my legs elevated at night and obviously cannot pack two pillows in suitcases when we travel! We would NOT come back here due to her attitude and lack of concern. Oh and, my husband is a Diamond member, not that that means anything these days! We decided to stay here BECAUSE of good reviews! The exceptional customer service reviews…. Surely this lady was not on duty at the time any of them were made! Very Very disappointed!! Seriously, insinuating WE would steal because others do??? Ludicrous!!!"

"Hotel and rooms clean and nice. Staff very pleasant. Very disappointed pool heater broken! This is the second Home2Suites hotel in a week that had broken pool heater. For us a pool is the reason we choose one hotel over another. When traveling with our son he looks forward to swimming after a long travel day in the car. We are here less than 12 hours so not a very good value with amenities unavailable. I will never stay at another Home2Suites hotel again. It would also be nice if they had hot tubs at these hotel chains. We are also Gold Hilton Honors members and neither hotel offered us our perk of free water and snack. They know when you go to desk to get room key your status/reward. If you forget to ask you will not get it."

"Nice clean hotel. Staff was incredible. The room we had was huge, and perfect for 3 of us. The pull out bed was really nice, very happy with that. The only thing that I find odd and do not like, are the sliding bathroom doors. It's really not as private as it should be. I would like to know the reasoning."
