"Honestly, it’s been a while since I’ve seen Dr. Harold. When I WAS going to her, I would avoid my visits as much as I could because she wasn’t very nice nor empathetic. At the time I was in my early-mid twenties and working a horribly low paying job and I remember when I went in for a visit I asked if they possibly had any samples of insulin they would be able to give me because it was nearly $2,000 for me to get a Rx at the time due to my insurance. I didn’t have that kind of money. Not anywhere even close. She begrudgingly allowed me to have a few vials of insulin so that I wouldn’t have to go to the ER, and then proceeded to tell me how much worse other people have it. I am aware that things can always be worse, but I also literally have to have insulin or I’ll die. I’m not sure why she thought it was appropriate to say that to me. Another time, I had ran out of insulin and ended up having to call her after hours for my prescription and she was really rude and condescending to me. I realize that it was an inconvenience to her, and I did apologize, but I feel that as someone who is supposed to be a healthcare professional she very much lacks soft skills. The rest of the office staff is nice, but she is horrible. I hope I never have to see a doctor with her kind of attitude again. There’s no positive reinforcement, no acknowledgment of efforts made to improve, and no attempt to make any type of warm, human connection. Her treatment of me has stuck with me for years now. Luckily, I now have an endocrinologist who treats me like a person, and I don’t dread going to my appointments. Matter of fact, my A1C this past visit was 6.3."

"Never met her yet she was treating me through her NP (who was very nice) I called the Dr after hours with a medical concern. She was very condescending. I thought maybe it was me but after reading multiple reviews on multiple sights I realize it’s her. No one needs to be talked to in such a manner especially the clients that are paying her salary"
