"I will never go back to this doctor He did not treat me very nice.From the minute he walked into the room, he cut me down.My husband was with me and he kept saying he knows what I am talking about. I have asthma and can't keep my dentures in plus they were never made right he kept cutting me down for not having teeth. He wasn't very nice to me the whole time but I was to see him again in a few years. They called to make my appointment and I said take me off the list, I will never put myself through this again."

"I had a horrible experience with this doctor’s office. After months of waiting for them to schedule my colonoscopy, they called to inform me that they never got the referral paperwork from my doctor and asked me to contact my doctor to have it resent, even though my doctor had a documented record of having sent it. After finally getting it rescheduled they called me back to reschedule it a second time and a third time. Then called to say the doctor was going on vacation and needed to reschedule. The final appointment was one year after I made the initial phone call. And when I expressed frustration at the process, I was accused of being rude and that I needed to take that up with Dr. Yung who I’d never met and clearly wouldn’t have access to. I’ve never experienced a more unprofessional medical office staff in my life. My dad has stage four colon cancer and I’ll be 50 this year. Getting this scheduled in a timely manner was important to me."

"The doctor told me he wasn’t repeating my blood work from 4 years ago when he last saw me and that my thyroid issue was my problem and he wasn’t checking that either. I also told him we have a history of colon cancer in the family on my mother’s side and he said he wasn’t concerned. Also, the lady in medical records is extremely unprofessional and rude. She always has an attitude when you call. She left me a voicemail when I called to get my records sent to a new doctor and told me “Unfortunately, no doctor is going to be interested in your 4 year old records”. She has yet to send them to my new doctor. It’s just a game with this office."
