Mercy Weight Management, part of the Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital, is dedicated to helping individuals achieve healthier lifestyles through effective weight management. Our comprehensive program begins with a complete nutrition assessment by one of our dietitian nutritionists (RDN). Each plan is individually tailored to fit your unique lifestyle, medical history, food preferences, available resources, and health goals, all grounded in evidence-based nutrition recommendations. Together with your dietitian, you will set realistic, sustainable health goals that align with your budget.
Our approach focuses on eating nutritious foods and adopting behaviors that foster a positive relationship with food. We believe that losing weight should not only make you look better but also help you feel better, which is ultimately the most important outcome.
