"LAZY office staff. I was told they will not do a prior authorization on my medication because it’s a waste of their time. They create a mess and then want to send you to the ER rather than deal with the issue. What happened to the days office staff actually cared about the people they treated???"

"Started going here several years ago. Initial visits seemed ok and always saw the Dr. When situation stabilized I started seeing whoever was assigned (CNP, PA) none of whom had a clue about my health or care. As the years wore on , concerns were dismissed, physicians assumed they had working knowledge of my lifestyle despite having never asked AND dismissing me when they were corrected. Testing not related to concerns was ordered with no answer to why it was ordered, what was being looked for or what the results were. At one point I was very blunt as to their misdirection and questioned if condition was autoimmune and I was advised it made no difference as it would be treated the same. Condition worsened and the last man I saw had no clue about my chart, my blood work (he couldn't find it and asked me if I knew what the results were) and suggested I speak to the Dr next time I came in. I stated IF i came back I would do so and thanked him for a very nonproductive, wasteful appt. However, this wasn't the only appt. over the course of time that was like this. I was always early to every appointment, never cancelled and complied with what I was asked to do despite the office never following through. The final straw was I had to cancel for the first time as my husband had emergency open heart surgery. The staff firmly stated that if I missed this appointment it would be several months before they would reschedule me AND I could be considered for being dropped. When advised again of the situation I was dealing with the gal told me to call back when I decided what I wanted to do. This was all good as it allowed me to address problem with a different physician who connected me with an Endocrinologist out of the county. I not only have autoimmune but it was causing serious health issues for not having been properly addressed. Grateful for my current Dr."

"Dr. Wietecha is a great listener and was more helpful then my previous doctors at handling my thyroid issues. He has explained how to take my medicines properly. Had I known how to take it all along, I would have been better along time ago. I appreciate the way he handles my issues and he very considerate of my time."
