"Was referred here by my doctor, hit that age for a colonospy, was nervous casue some of the mixed reviews. But from the 1st consultation, then the procedure, the workers were very nice and good at what they do!! Doctor was great, the nurses were great and receptionists. They made me feel very comfortable, especially on the procedure day, it all went very well, definitely recommend this place for sure!!"

"Dr. Podugu does not listen to patients. If he sees you're on an antidepressant that's going to be his framework for everything. Doesn't listen when I say I have medical issues with anesthesia but twilight is ok. Switches me to general anesthesia during the procedure and sent me home to which I went into life-threatening rhabdo. He lies on reports which is to me the scares aspect of him. I got sent there urgently from my PCP because I dropped about 20lbs in 2 weeks. When I went to see him. I saw the report after stating how I denied having any unintentional weight loss. Which was a big reason I was even there that day. Said he told me to give my PCP something. Have no idea what he is talking about. The staff is rude there is a nurse named Angie who is just so awful to people I remember nurses at the hospital for outpatient complaining about how mean she is. Pretty sad that the medical staff from other locations know of the reputations of certain means nurses here. Please don't go here. Take time to find a better, kinder, more educated team for your gastro health."

"I was referred here by my doctor for symptoms I'd been having, she referred me this past Monday, due to cancelations, I was able to get an appointment Thursday and be seen, Dr Salvino and his team were absolutely fantastic, he wanted me to get an upper gi scope and we got me in within 24 hours for that also due to cancelations. Every person I interacted with here was absolutely friendly and they were so thorough in explaining everything. They took really good care of me here and I am extremely satisfied with my treatment here! 5 stars all around!"

"I had to take my friend in for a procedure and upon waiting the unprofessional girl that was in the back answering the phones was extremely unprofessional. She was unprofessional on the phone to other patients. She spoke about a Dr Kamel and stated that he is always late and there is no telling when that person’s procedure was going to start. She then hung the phone up and started to talk trash to the other women that was standing around her in front of other patients. A formal complaint will be filed and all doctors will be notified regarding this individual. She gives this place a bad name. They should think twice about keeping such an ignorant person around patients. I know what location I was at and what I heard. The fact that your are sweeping this under the rug shows that you could care less about your patients."

"I've been a patient under Dr. Podugu's care for a few years. He thoroughly goes through my chart, asks me questions and listens to me intently. He has been understanding and communicates to me the steps he will take to find the best solution for me. The staff has always been professional. The reception desk personnel are usually incredibly busy and for some patients they may seem unpleasant. I would point out that the reception desk have to juggle many different tasks while assisting other patients at the same time. Overall, I find Dr. Podugu and the staff very supportive, professional and helpful."
