"The comment that I heard was that Dr Khetarpal "doesn't want to deal with sick people. He just wants to do colonoscopies." That is exactly our experience. My mother, who was a patient there for many years, got c diff and I wasn't sure she was going to make it. They said she was negative and completely missed it."

Unfortunately his staff is very rude from time to be released as soon as you wake up from anesthesia they just push you out the door before your really can get your bearings to later calling in to pay your bill . They act like you are inconveniencing them to no end. Will use a different doctor next time."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Khetarpal and his staff, including the nurse practitioner, Bonnie. They took my symptoms seriously and displayed a sense of urgency. I called their office without a referral, and was able to get an appointment in less than a week with Bonnie. She was personable and thorough and actually took the time to sit down and listen to my symptoms. We scheduled a colonoscopy for 3 weeks later. Being a female in my early twenties, I was pretty nervous about the procedure. Dr. Khetarpal was very understanding and caring. He is a very sweet man with excellent bedside manor and a sense of humor. He was able to find the source of my symptoms and explain everything to me right away. We were at the office for the colonoscopy less than an hour total, which is incredible. His office runs extremely smooth and efficient, and each staff member seemed to know exactly where they needed to be and when. Highly recommend!"
