"DON’T RENT HERE If i could give - 10 stars i definitely would. This place is terrible to live in, first of all everything inside of the apartments is old, so everything broke easily, smell really bad on the hallways, the elevator broke once a month, tons of dogs barking during the day/ night. The water don’t heat. There’s no parking for a guest. And OVER EVERYTHING THE MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST. They don’t respect the contract or lease. They make u pay one more month even if ur contract already finished they will tell you that they will ruin your credit if u don’t pay that extra month. Even if is not on your contract. The lady’s are really mean they yell at you. They’re always out of the office u can’t never find any help. And so many other stuff. Also they steal that EXTRA MONTH the ladies keep the money for them since is not in the contract pretty sure they’re behind that extra month. $1,540 per month? For this horrible place. Please if you’re considering live here, read this first."

"Samie has been so very helpful as I've been looking for an apartment for my father. I spent ten years in apartment management and have seen the difference between apartment managers who are just completing a job and those who really care about their residents. Samie falls into the second category. She is friendly, helpful and loves what she does. I can tell that living at Silver Pines would be a positive experience for anyone."

"I have a relative living at Silver Pines and, overall, I believe it's a great place for seniors to live. The apartments are fairly basic but well maintained. The office staff is really friendly and always listens to any concern you might have. The buildings are secured and safe. Each apartment is assigned one covered parking spot, which is great when it's stormy or in the hot part of the summer. Floors 2 and 3 are accessed by elevator or through stairwells for seniors who are fit enough. The grounds are impeccably kept and there is a nice walking trail adjacent to the property. The only reason I give Silver Pines a 4-star rating instead of 5, is that there is no resident manager who lives on-site to help with non-maintenance emergencies overnight, i.e., "I've fallen and I can't get up." Many 55+ communities have emergency cords located in the bathrooms just for this type of situation. But it is important to keep in mind that this is a 55+ community, not assisted living. I recommend it highly for a large segment of seniors. My relative is very happy and comfortable there."

"I have lived in Silver Pines for quite a few years. It’s a great place to live. The area is awesome, quite and clean. The buildings are always kept very clean. The new management are awesome. Professional but very nice, caring and very willing to work with us. We never have to wait when something needs to be fixed. Almost always they come that same day. Love the new management!"
