Rockledge at Quarry Bend Apartments

"I just would like to say, it’s been really disappointing with how things are handled in this apartment complex. This is due to many things breaking in our apartment and being told they are going to be fixed, and having them come to repair it just for it to break again the next day. Some of our appliances haven’t even been looked at when we were told they would. Additionally, we find it very disappointing that we pay so much for the space we rent, plus extra for the underground parking garage that was guaranteed parking underneath our building. Now we find out it’s overbooked weeks into living here, making it where only one of my partners and I cars could stay. When addressed our vehicle was moved to a different building’s parking garage. Our buildings parking garage no longer has a door so anyone can come in and out, yet we pay more for that parking spot. Now cars are being broken into in my garage I park under and was informed by the neighbor whose car was broken into that nothing was done about it by the apartment complex. I find baffling since a new pool is being built, but we can’t feel safe knowing we pay extra to keep our cars safe and anyone can break into them and get away with it. Id like you to keep in mind the door to get in my parking garage is yes broken and so is the elevator. I appreciate the space we have been able to rent, but not at the cost of what we experienced living here."

"Be careful. They sell like a luxury apartment but the elevator is broken for the last 10 months. It's enough time to build another building, but apparently not to fix an elevator. It's easy to say that we're doing what we can, but how about old people living upstairs or babies with all that stuff going up and down? The rent didn't change to the price of the building without elevator but we're almost an year on it. There are many good things about living here, that's why I'm here almost 3 years, but this is an important thing that looks like administration don't care."

"For context I just moved out of Rockledge. I was there for 1 year and I want to say I am going to miss a lot about it. The leasing office staff are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Whenever I came to them with a need or a question they always helped me with a smile. I always enjoyed going to the community events put on by the complex as well because the people who live there are friendly too. I also want to note that my apartment was very comfortable with nice big windows which I loved. If anyone is considering moving to Rockledge I would recommend visiting. You won’t be disappointed!"

"I just moved here again after a few years, when we moved out 6years ago it left a bad taste in our mouths how they charge you $400+ extra aside from the deposit we were charged specially when we left the apartment clean, holes patched and the apartment looking better than ever. Now the first impression was absolutely HORRIBLE how nothing was cleaned and painted the day before move in and when we checked it again on the move in day it was still NOT properly painted, holes on the walls still visible, bathrooms disgustingly stained, drawings on the walls, blinds broken, bathroom drawers and edges broken and coming off and still disgustingly dirty etc. The girl who assisted us through the process is absolutely amazing and sweet unfortunately she has not been in due to personal things so we have not been able to get some of these things fixed or repainted after being here almost a week already. We were told we’d not have to worry about paying a cleaning fee or anything at all similar due to the conditions the apartment was turned in to us as so I absolutely hope they stick to their word and do not charge us these things at move out. I would like to say their management and policies have improved but I am unsure at this point… hopefully it goes better than it did years ago and hopefully they actually pay attention to the damages and conditions we received this unit under and keep to their word. I will update or leave another review at that point with hopefully a better rating and experience."

I moved in recently and the space was WAY more than I expected, and any adjustments/minor fixes that needed done at move-in were completed right away! The manager is thoughtful and understanding, leasing made getting started a breeze, and maintenance is respectful and pays great attention to detail. I highly recommend looking into Rockledge for your next move!!"
