Alpine Meadows Apartments

"We have lived here for 5 months now and we have a few issues with these apartments. We have a garage and you can see from the outside that the door doesn't close all the way. On the bottom, there is an inch where the garage door is off the ground. This makes me worry that a big storm will come in and flood our garage which is holding things of high value. Our fireplace in the apartment doesn't have a way to close the vent up on the top. Due to this, we have to run our heater extra in the winter to make up for this cold air coming in. Parking is horrendous here. Half the car ports are left empty and open parking is filled by 5 pm on any given day. They just want to take all your money from you in fees and extra add-ons. With winter coming, parking is going to get worse when snow arrives. People who park on the streets around the complex will be forced to find parking within causing us to park farther away than we already have to at times. My last complaint is our dishwasher. A few months ago, the walls warped causing water to squirt out the sides whenever I turned it on. Maintenance came in put 4 wedges in the side to hold the walls straight. 2 of the 4 wedges are gone, couldn't find them anywhere. This makes me worry about the integrity of the apartment."

"I love this complex. They do a good job at keeping it clean and neat looking. They do the little things, like put a happy birthday letter in your mailbox. I would totally recommend this complex to anyone looking. I've never had a problem with anything in the 16 ish months being here. Also, my unit never smelled nasty, and I've had nothing but positive interactions with everyone in the office."

"Alpine has been my 1st home on my own:) The units are huge for the price. The pool is fun welcoming atmosphere. The grounds are kept and almost everyone decorates for holidays. The best part of living here is its so close to the mountain. Getting to Snowbird is an ease. The staff is very helpful as well."

"My experience at alpine was decent. I saw the beautiful model that did match my actual unit a little. However I was disappointed in the patch work around the unit but made note of everything. The washer ruined some brand new sheets with grease and oil and they were quick to give me a new one with their very great maintenance staff. But when I moved in I had at least 3 work orders that needed to be done with the fire alarms beeping in the night- they replaced one but not the second so I had to call again to follow up with that, as well as the bathroom door not closing then a bad and messy repair by that worker so I had to call and follow up again to get that repaired properly. So I feel like I have had to babysit every repair to make sure it’s done correctly. I have lived here a month and feel like it’s it been what was expected. The dog wash you don’t get a key fob for in fact you have to walk to the office to give your ID to get a key then walk the key back to get your Id again.. I live right next to the wash and the office is at the front of the property.. I was told you use your fob on my tour. I also of course had trouble logging Into the parcel pending I’m forced to pay for and spent 20 minutes doing that. It’s literally just been problem after problem and it’s been disappointing, I have to call and follow up with the office all the time on things and I have just been disappointed. The apartments are clean, neighbors are mostly nice and quiet so far."

"picked up my keys last night, such a pleasant and easy process!! :) these apartments are perfect. not overly priced for beautiful renovated apartments, vaulted ceilings on the second floor. amazing location too! love my new home :)"
