The Green on Campus Drive

"The amenities are fine enough, but the price is ridiculous for what you are getting. I recognize that prices are high everywhere, but this is the highest rent I've found for student apartments so far based on the type of room I'm using. Most other apartments have equal or better amenities for a lower price. The two exceptional features here are having a washer and dryer in my apartment, and living literally next to the Noorda Center."

"I feel that my experience here would have been fine if the office was much more helpful. Most are just young students which makes sense but they don’t know what they’re doing. I remember the first day and I walked in to the building just to see that there were stains all over the hallway carpets and a puddle of a mysterious liquid in the elevator. This was only a few days from the beginning of the semester. My entire apartment was filthy with crumbs all over the ground and the furniture. There is residue on the stove that even after living here for eight months and trying every soap I could, I can’t get it off and I keep failing my cleaning checks because of it. And it was there when I moved in. Not to mention that the floors are absolutely filthy no matter how many times I mop, my socks still turn gray on the bottoms when I walk around. Back to the office problem, though. I remember going into the office to tell them about my dirty apartment and I found a long line already in there complaining about the exact same thing. There was a young man who said that there was human excretion left in his toilet from the previous resident and had been in there for who knows how long and the girl at the office told him that there nothing they could do. That is ridiculous. We should to able to at least expect a clean apartment when we move in. Pros include the hot tub, the gym, and the fact that it’s close to campus. Nothing much else."

"My daughter currently lives at The Green and we’ve been so happy with this place! The staff and management has been awesome to work with. They have excellent communication. They do fun activities to involve the residents, and even giveaways. The amenities are awesome. The apartments are very nice, have been maintained well, and security is top notch. We love that there is plenty of covered parking, included with rent. Our experience here in Orem has been far better than our experiences in some of the Provo off-campus housing. We’re so glad we found The Green!"

"The greens amenities are top notch. I’ve lived here for a couple years and I highly recommend it to anyone who’s going to school and is looking for an apartment. They do tons of game nights, dinners, activities, etc and it’s so fun! The maintenance crew is also awesome and they make it a great place to live. Dylan Marriott at the front desk is excellent at what he does, he always goes above and beyond whenever I have an issue. If I ever have a question I go to him."
