We remain living here for over seven years just because we love the location and the apartment so much that we decided not to move in an other apartment until we found our home."
"I would say an overall positive experience. I appreciate the quick responses from maintenance and the garage is a luxury! Definitely could use some more updates and had a string of issues with the hot water heater but to be fair, they were proactive in trying to fix things. Loved the little park and hot tub as well. Great location!"
"We have lived here for 3+ years and only moved because we bought a house. The place itself is the best we found in all of Orem and Vineyard and Provo. You get a garage, super great lighting, and a spacious apartment for a great price. We found that things WERE fixed quickly and that management was always quick to get back to us. Parking is always great, the location is AMAZING, and we can't say enough good about it!"
