"My husband and I lived here just over a year. Small for the price, intake vent is insanely loud being that its inside the apartment, so anytime the air/heat was on it made it hard to hear work calls, zoom calls, the tv etc. Its an older building so lots of plumbing issues for most tenants. plumbing issues from the third floor resulted in all three floors needing repairs, and it took a month for repairs/cosmetic repairs to be completed in our bathroom ceiling/walls from the water damage. they left the baseboard damage. office staff in SLC try their best to communicate but overall management is hard to get on site to the complex when the on site manager changed hands multiple times when we lived there. We almost never knew who was in charge of the building, nor could we ever get anyone to come on site to address issues. when trying to set appts to see managers in SLC we were told they work remote and dont take appts, not even a phone call or zoom call. all communication with any upper level management was done through email. Squatters got into a vacant apartment on the third floor and the police asked for their emergency line to contact anyone from management. We quickly learned that there is no such number to use, just the emergency maintenance line. We called the emergency maintenance line and the man who answered was asked by the police for any contact info to reach management after hours. the man had nothing. This made us feel extremely helpless learning that if there were any after hour emergency on the weekends that maintenance couldnt address, there was no way to reach management. So, if anything happens regarding your safety in the complex, better hope its between the hours of 9am-5pm monday-friday."

"Previous owners sold the place and told people not to worry as nothing would change. Well, things changed and almost everyone was given 30 days to move out. Classic"
"Do not live here. They are the worst to deal with. They kick all 12 families including myself to renovate the apartments, and only gave us 30 days to move out. Its been 8 weeks since I moved out and haven't gotten my deposit back. They never answer the phones and when they do, they cant tell me anything else besides I need to email the manager. They don't want to give me a phone number since my emails are not getting responded."
