"I’ve lived here for two years, good and nice clean apartments, the downfall is the walls are thin you can hear everything goin on in the hallways and the parking situation is not the best but the managers we’re very helpful when we had to move units due to a fire sprinkler system failure, Latoya Palmer is the best her customer service is great! I would give her a 5 star she takes your question and concerns very serious and does what she can to help you resolve the situation."

"Let me preface this by saying that I have lived here for quite a long time. I've been here long enough to go through numerous property management companies. Some were good, some were terrible. The current gals in the office, Latoya, Alyssa, Jordan and all the rest have been the absolute best that I have had the pleasure to work with. I've also been through numerous neighbors, all of them were respectful, and treated the property how they should. Unfortunately this changed when my new neighbors moved in at the end of 2023. Constant loud music, screaming, yelling, banging on the walls from basically sun up to sun down, working from home, it was awful to the point where I dreaded to spend my day in my apartment. 2 weeks ago I finally went and talked to the office, as like most people, I waited to talk to them as i felt like doing so wouldn't do any good. I was as wrong as I could be. From the moment I talked to Latoya about this issue, she was invested. She took the time to go through what I have been dealing with, and had genuine empathy for the situation. She did not take any time to have a notice written up to be given to my neighbors. And when that didn't work, and went and talked to her again, she had another written up, and again, until the situation was resolved, in two weeks! There was never a time going down to talk to them that I felt like I was being dismissed and not heard about my concerns. I know the common conception with apartment management is that they are just there to collect our rent and they don't care about your issues you bring to them, and a lot of places that is how it goes. With Dry Creek, this is not the case. I cannot speak highly enough for them and their help, and I know if I ever have another issue (I literally wish I never will) I know that Latoya, Jordan, Alyssa and everyone else will be there for me with genuine concern, and a determination to remedy the situation. Ill also mention the maintenance crew that is here. They are efficient and friendly, and will take the time to say hello or wave as they are scooting around on their golf carts. "I am a new resident at Dry Creek. I have to say that my experience was delightful. Latoya is amazing!! I was having some issues with applying online and she sat with me for the whole process and was extremely patient. Then I changed my mind on the size of apartment and she was again patient with me and was so helpful. Latoya is the kind of employee everyone should have. She is knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, caring and confident. I had experiences with other employees in the office and they all were wonderful to work with. I loved how they could answer my questions quickly. Dry Creek felt like coming home!! Thanks to Latoya and all of the office staff!!!"

The staff is friendly and responsive, making the living experience enjoyable. Plus, there are awesome restaurants nearby, adding a flavorful touch to the neighborhood. Highly recommended!"

"I have enjoyed living here for the past 2 years. The management is really kind and are willing to listen when you have problems. The maintenance crew is very helpful and quick when I have had things break. The price of this place is good and the location worked out well for my work and college. The trax station is located just at the end of the block. I have loved living here. I will always remember it as my first apartment. -cons parking is limited, my car was broken into once just poor security at the time and the gym equipment is missing and also the each complex doesn't have a weight room. One building has the cardio room and the other has the bench and cables. Great place overall to live. A+ for a first apartment price and location. I highly recommend looking into the units here."
