"Pretty good. Service was ok but could be better"

"Update: I’ve been in twice in the last two weeks, and I have noticed improvements. Specifically, the staff member at the register was very personable and friendly, ready to help as needed. Also, the potato wedges were present, but I think I’m over that phase, lol Very inconvenient for a convenient store. I’d love to stop here for potato munchers in the morning before work, but 75% of the time the food warmer is empty. The hot chocolate machine was clogged on a snowy evening. Too inconsistent to keep stopping by. :( Also, staff not very friendly."

"I heart Harts. The bathroom is private and always smells good. The car wash is legendary. You only have 3 minutes to pump your gas after paying though btw so no dilly dallying around."

"I unfortunately had a good experience turn into a terrible experience. I'm a health care worker and I stopped there inbetween shifts and filled up my tank. I specifically asked if they were set up like Loves gas station since they came up as a rest stop option on Google, and if it would be ok if I took a nap inbetween my next shift and shared exactly when my next shift started. The employee at the gas station assured me that this would be just fine. I thanked him, pulled into a parking place briefly, set my alarm, and took a nap. My alarm had just gone off, I hit my snooze button, turned on my car and was prepping to leave when suddenly to leave when suddenly there's three police officers pounding on my car windows. I was really shocked. I was treated as though I was a drunk person amid sharing with them the exact name and description of the employee who said I could take a nap. They requested my drivers license and kept questioning me where I ended up late for my next shift. What started out as a positive experience turned into sadly an awful experience."
