"Apparently this Target is #4 in the country for returns… and it looks the part! Knowing Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain lack a Target = everyone and their dog going to this location. Even though it’s an extremely busy store, the associates work hard, and the employee Kate made my return quickly and with a smile. Having worked retail I get this time of year usually means hours cut and less people working, so kudos to this Target for holding on still! Will be back!"
"I have never seen this target in worse shape. Clothes strewn everywhere, no employees on the floor, and super long checkout lines. I thought they might be having staffing issues until I went to the bathroom and saw three workers standing near the bathroom entrance shooting the breeze. Target used to be a better alternative to Walmart."
"This has to be worst ran target in America. 1 star is extremely generous. I’ve never seen a longer self checkout line in my life. It goes across the whole store (pictured)…. And they don’t have employees working in the normal checkouts. Wanna return an item? Expect a 45 minute wait to return something. Everything is a disaster, unorganized, and lines are insane. Never seen another target like it."
"This location is a complete disaster! The men's section looked like the truck was backed up and just dumped everything into a big pile. Never, ever have I seen a store half this bad. And supposedly they got new management 3 months ago (this according to an employee I spoke with about the matter). This is crazy because the store was really bad before they had this management change. The employee also told me that nobody had touched the men's department in 2 months until she got assigned to it a few days ago."
