"Time for a new pharmacy. Unfortunate beacuse the staff has always been kind and pleasant. Long waits only to find out prescriptions aren't filled, long waits again because you have to come back, terrible phone tree just to request refills. This has been consistent. Time is too valuable."

"I had to use CVS because of my insurance. The woman I spoke to was very kind and seemed very on top of it. However the prescription wasn't ready for a whole MONTH. I put the prescription in Feb 9th ish maybe earlier. I JUST now got the call it's ready. I'd rather quit my prescription than deal with this"

"My wife went through the drive thru just to pick up some medicine . After waiting for about 10 minutes in line she gets to the counter and the lady who greeted her said you have to come in to purchase that. My wife explained how she had two sleeping babies in the vehicle and asked if they could please pay here. The lady was abrupt and rude very disappointed that she refused to help when we have been able to do the same thing at other drive up Pharmacies."

"Worst responsiveness on their dial in number. No one answers. Constant run around with prescriptions. Sometimes wonder if they purposely refuse to fill some. The shortages can't be that bad, since I can get what I need at other pharmacies just fine. Alas I have to use cvs because of my mediocre insurance."

"This is my go-to place for any over the counter meds and make up. When you sign up for the rewards program with their mobile app, you get weekly coupons such as 25-40% off for any one item. Also the mobile app gives you access to manufacturer coupons for a handful of items. You can stack those coupons together to get great savings. Every time I come in, the employees are always friendly and willing to help you find whatever you are looking for. Also, certain brands have “buy 2 get $6 rewards cash to your account on your next visit”. Besides having a pharmacy in there, they also sell Utah souvenirs, limited grocery items (milk, soda, candy, detergent). It’s also a good place to get seasonal decor items, which can go for 50-70% off after the holidays are over."
