"I had stopped in to grab a few things with my kids and they needed to use the bathroom. When we walked into the bathroom the toilet paper was completely gone, and it smelled so bad we all had to plug our noses. The smell was one of the worst things I’ve encountered and almost made me throw up."

"Went to get a sympathy card. When we entered the store, the lights went out. Had to wait a minute. Lights came back on. We got the card and went to the cashier. Computer was down and rebooting. Thought we might have to wait. But since we only had the one item, the staff helped with the purchase. A woman in line even offered change to help with tax. Everyone did a great job. Impressed with the service."
