"I have found bolts at this location, 4 or so times, that I couldn't find at the big box stores. Whether it was a shoulder bolt, or fine vs coarse thread, and vice versa. That is about all the shopping I have done there though. It was close to work."

"Stood there for 15 minutes staring at pipes and tubing, wondering what I needed. No one asked me if I needed help. They were all too busy talking about child support and personal stuff to work. Other people kept laughing and screaming really loud, it was really unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable and felt like I wasn't wanted. So I took my business elsewhere."
