"This place has tanked since Jana (pharmacist) left. Jana was an amazing person who knew her customers, was incredibly kind and would go above and beyond to help patients. I have zero confidence in the new female pharmacist (shorter, middle age, puts her glasses up on her head). My first interaction with her, she couldn’t even figure out how to find my filled medication on the shelf or check me out at the register. Tonight, she said she doesn’t have my prescription on file even though I know that it’s there because when I filled it last month, they said I had one more script on file. A staffing shortage is not her fault (but I’ll be taking that to CVS corporate) but leaving me on hold for an hour, then hanging up on me is (which prompted me to just go into the store to get my vital medication, which I then had to leave without due to her aforementioned incompetence)."

"What pharmacy thinks they can get away with not filling a prescription for two weeks? With no communication. No update other than a useless “in progress” status online. Oh, and don’t try to call!! Their phone system has made sure to barricade customers from ever talking to a human about why a why their prescription hasn’t been filled. This place is cruel, cold, and useless. Never again CVS. I hope you go bankrupt."

"Jana the female pharmacist was rude and not helpful. Treated me like I was stupid because my daughter “wasn’t entered in the system” well she’s never needed a prescription before. Said she couldn’t help me shrugged her shoulders and walked away."

"Called from a doctors office and have never heard anyone treat someone so horribly, or speak so rudely before. I spoke with the pharmacist and she talked about how this person was an idiot, stupid, and was wasting all of their time at the pharmacy. I have never experienced such disrespect and unprofessionalism from a pharmacist."

"When speaking to a customer not to talk down on them, when you quote a customer a time you try to follow the time instead of me showing up at the pharmacy after being told 20 minutes it would be ready just to be told once I wait in a 15 minute long line that the refill hasn't even started yet and I'll have to come back in 20 minutes if I'm lucky \"since they're down 2 staff members and I should be thankful they're doing what they can\" is what they're male pharmacist told me. I wasn't even mad! That's what made me more upset after being told this. If they would've told me on the phone it'll be an hour that would be ok! I hate wasting time and then being told I should be \"thankful\" that they're filling my prescription."
