"I have used this pharmacy for give or take 30 years. I felt the Pharmacists and staff were my friends. I trusted them. I made a mistake and forgot to pay for something. As soon as I learned of it I tried to make it right. The response was they didn't want me as a customer and I should find another pharmacy. The mistake was mine but very out of character for me. I did take responsibility for it. I tried to make it right, but the response was they were filling criminal charges. It's going to cost me well over $2000 for a $47 mistake. I firmly believe their were other ways to handle it. They knew me. I had used the pharmacy for close to 30 years. But non of that mattered. Really makes me wonder if they were my friends or if I was just an expendable customer. I am not making excuses for my mistake, but I feel there were other less atrusive ways to handle it. Instead of working things out they have lost a loyal customer and I have lost the services of a good pharmacy."

"I went to get my flu shot but the pharmacist told me they wouldn't do it since it takes 15 minutes to do and were closing in 10 minutes. In all the years I have done my flu shot it has never taken 15 minutes. I wasted time driving down here for you to deny me a service you say you offer! If you don't want to do your job while you are open, find a different job!"

"The folks at the pharmacy here are some of the friendliest professionals. They remember our names, they love our kids. They even got my daughter a birthday card on her birthday. Not sure what more you could ask for."

"Don’t go there if you want Diet Coke, they are always out of the 6 pack individual bottles. And they never have any near the check out if you want to grab one and go. I do love their Dole pineapple ice cream!!"

"I was prescribed a very expensive medication that my provider didn’t think would be covered by insurance. When I asked the pharmacy tech, they said my insurance would cover 8 every 23 days. When I went to my follow up appt, I told my provider what I was told so she prescribed me the same very expensive medication. I don’t know it the pharmacy tech was intentionally dishonest, but my medication had actually been covered by coupon NOT by insurance. When I called my insurance, they told me they had denied both the current and previous claim for the medication. Because of either dishonesty or a serious error, I have gone 2 weeks and counting without any medications to treat my condition. I think its also worth noting that “8 every 23 days” was not what my provider had even prescribed, so I’m not sure where that number came from."
