"Worst automated system. Kept on sending me to the wrong department and I couldn't even even understand the first person who answered so it took a while to realize I had been transferred the wrong place. Nothing against people with accents, just think you should be able to understand the customer service representative that answers the phone. Won't be using them in the future knowing that every time I would have a question I'd have to spend five minutes dealing with their horrible phone system before even having the chance to talk to someone."

"I just moved into town last week and was looking for a new pharmacy. Do to the timing of things I was unable to get a refill before I moved so I called around and asked CVS on a Saturday if they could get a prescription in for me the following Monday. I was assured that they could and that if there were any issues they would call and let me know. Come Monday I never received any messages concerning my prescription so I called them to see if it was ready and I was told that they were not able to order it in. I needed it by that Monday. They really let me down and had put me in a hard spot. They really should be more careful in their line of work. The price paid for mistakes is not cheap."
