"We were traveling from Wyoming to Vegas and got a flat tire that we noticed getting ready to leave Provo for Vegas. We got there at 10am and were done by 11am. And there was a appointment ahead of us! THEY LITERALLY SAVED OUR VACATION! THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH AND FAST!!!! WE WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX OUR FLAT TIRE FOR US! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!"

They did talk down to me, they didn't keep trying to upsell me, they answered all my questions, and they even honored the sale pricing though my tires were not in stock the day I purchased them. Anyone who's read my previous posts knows I don't rend to give 5 stars. These employees deserve it!"

"Took them 50 minutes to do a rotate and balance. They are under staffed. I would recommend against them. I truly hate to say that as sams club is usually the best place to buy tires from my past experience. Technicians were polite, but seem lacking in knowledge and experience. They lifted my vehicle using pinch welds of the body instead of lifting from my frame. Luckily for them they didn't rip a body mount out of my vehicle. 2 out of 10 I wouldn't recommend. Discount tire isn't any better though."

"GREAT SERVICE, and helped us out of a tight spot. We were on a 2500 mile road trip, and had a valve stem failure. Normally not a big deal, unless you're in the state of Utah on a Sunday. The only other places open were Walmart tire center and Costco, and neither of them could help us until Monday. We were on a tight time frame, and got to the store right at closing. Additionally, the valve stem had a air pressure monitor device built in, so the tech had to get creative to get us back on the road. THANK YOU!!!"
