"I've been a client of Burt Brothers for years, specifically the Highland location. They've been amazing. I have used the Provo location twice, and I've been really disappointed. They don't reset the computer after an oil change, and I've had to go back twice, taking valuable time out of my day. They left my tire lock and kit, along with the side panel piece sliding around the trunk. How hard it is to follow through and leave things as you found them? I'm not happy with their lack of detail to the basics."
