""Southern Tire Mart." I just took my 26 ft box truck to change my tires. When changing tires, they broke my security key, not allowing them to remove the rest of the security nuts. Best idea break those nuts. At the end of the job, they told my driver that the security nuts were broken and needed to be replaced them for regular nuts HOWEVER, they did not mentioned that bolts were broken too and it was a big chance of getting those bolts inside of the drum. They did not want to mention that because that directs into a much bigger problem, which it happened. That piece broke my new brake pads and made wholes in my drum. I don't recommend this place. They don't take responsibility."
"The guys at GCR were outstanding and help us Identify faulty tires that were put on by another shop. They spent tons of time (more than they should have) trying to balance a set of tires that in the end were faulty. I appreciate all their hard work and will recommend them to anyone I know.
