"I had always passed by this auto care facility but never stopped by; but, because they accepted my insurance, I had no choice. However, I was pleasantly delighted from the time I went in: I felt welcomed, heard, and validated. They kept me informed throughout the repair procedure, notified me again at the end, and even suggested additional options. While there, I did not feel pressed or persuaded to make a repair. I would highly suggest this auto care."
"Everything went well. They were prompt and cordial. Their prices seemed fair and repairs seem to have fixed everything just great. The reason for 4 stars is that they chose to work with a 3rd party for one of our repairs (we had a dented rim from a pothole and they had to send it out to be repaired). We brought in our car on Monday and needed it back by Friday but it wasn't done until the following Monday. Other than that, great service"
"Wonderful auto care experience! They made clear what each expense was and what was needed from me. They didn’t try to sneak any services in that I didn’t need. They even filled up my tires after my emissions test without me even having to ask! 10/10 experience, great atmosphere, friendly people. To the mechanic that had to drive my car, sorry that I didn’t warn about the extension pedals! :)"
"I loved how they were very organized, very clean environment, seemed very knowledgeable and accommodating. I cannot give it more stars because when we got our estimate back on parts and labor, and then compared it to parts and labor with another company and online, they are way overcharging for parts. Labor was competitive. Felt that their customer service was wonderful. I appreciated that they put in order the things that needed to be done based on what they would recommend first. However, I can't honestly say that their prices are truly honest. Not sure why they feel they can charge so much on parts or added $9 shop fees to both services they did (alignment and evaluation)."
