"Amazing. These guys saved me when no other shop would help me out. They didn't charge an arm and a leg for a complex job and got it done in a day. I ended up having several other issues fixed at the same time since they were so quick. We're indebted to these guys as well when another shop let us leave their lot with our 4 tires not secured to the vehicle. "We are from Idaho and our car broke down in Provo, Utah on Saturday at around 8am. We absolutely had to have our car repaired by the next Monday as we were leaving the country at 4am. We called a number of auto repair shops but none of them could work us in. By the time we called Master AutoTech it was 9 or 10 in the morning. I got the car to their shop by 11am. Essentially 1/2 the workday was gone. They worked us in and had the car repaired by 2:30pm. The technician who answered our call was pleasant and positive. He was also very knowledgeable and when I told him the symptoms he had a really good idea of what was wrong. He inspired me with confidence that they could have our car finished that day. They did what they said they would do. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!"
