"I’ve had this location do service for my vehicles a handful of times. They are very competent and do a lot more than just tires. I’ve had my alternator replaced, brakes, tires, etc. They were quick, reliable, and flexible on schedule. Pricing - They are fair in their pricing. The cost of everything has gone way up in price over the last few years (March 2024 now) but I was surprised that the costs here weren’t too bad. Car parts do cost more than they did 10-15 years ago, but what doesn’t? Even with that I was surprised how much less expensive this location was compared to other local shops."
"Had such a great experience here yesterday! I was in a rush to get to work but when I got in my car to leave, one of the tires was super low! I took my car to the Big O in Provo and they looked at my car immediately and were able to remove the metal from my tire that was causing the leak and patch it within 15 min! It was amazing. They were super nice and kind to me and I wasn’t even late to work after all that! Will definitely be back and recommend these guys to my friends. Thank you!!"
