"Today we showed up to this location 30 minutes before closing with no appointment due to a nail in the tire. The assistant manager took us in and stayed 30 min after closing to ensure we were taken care of knowing our tire was covered by their warranty and there wouldn't be any charges. The staff at this location were super supportive, professional and patient in helping us with this last minute emergency. I'd highly recommend and look forward to working with them again in the future. Thanks for all your help!"

"I started going to discount tire because of the exceptional service in West Jordan. Recently moved up north and bountiful is the closest one. Most employees are nice and friendly however the manager is a very pushy and shady salesman. Feels like you are being taken advantage of. Also listening to him upsell others and them repeatedly saying no he continued to push new tires and windshield wipers 3+ more times. Also very frustrating when they send you a link to keep track of where the car is atand after 30+ minutes of it "being in the bay" you head back to find out it still hasn't left the original parking spot. After going to the bountiful one 3x I'm just about ready to start going to les Schwab next door. They do a good job and most are friendly but be ready to feel like they care more about selling tires than keeping customers."
