"I tried to order a footling pro twice. Unnamed female acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. I asked what it was called with extra meat. She said deluxe and double meat. I asked if it hadn't been called pro before, which she confirmed that it had. She knew what I was asking for and chose to make me look stupid instead of informing me they changed their menu again. That started off the rude, short, attitude throughout my order. After anything I said she said is that all? No I tried to give you manageable information instead of overwhelm you with 10 things at once. Rude and inept at simply making a sandwich to order. 2/20/2024 @10:35 am."
"It was 9:30 pm tonight when we pulled into the drive thru. Drive thru is open until 10:00 pm. We waited for several minutes without any response. We tried calling out to the order speaker, we honked and we waited. Nothing! Finally we decide to leave and as we pull around, we can see the restaurant hasn’t been cleaned or closed. But no sign of anyone in the restaurant. As we’re pulling out of the drive thru we see an employee with the order headset on their head, sitting tucked in the corner of a booth just playing on their cell phone. They completely ignored us and acted as if the place was closed. Never going back there."
"I ordered online, paid, and didn’t receive my order because they said they ran out of bread, etc. The doors were also locked before 9pm and they told me they close them an hour before the drive through closes. They also mentioned going out of business. Only reason I ordered was BOGO free. Absolutely terrible service website hours of operation and well everything. I will be writing a negative Yelp and Google review."
"Very good nice selection the sandwiches were savory and delicious. I would recommend and if you try the meatball you will not be disappointed. We got some cookies and they were also savory and delicious."
"I went this evening and it was entirely understaffed. It was also as if the workers there were sloths… on one hand they were very thorough but on the other hand so many people in line were opting to leave. I was the second person in line and I waited 40 minutes to be helped. In the end, the food was great but it was not worth waiting that long."
