"My FIRST Taco Bell! We don't get Taco Bell in the UK, so this was my first experience and I'm impressed. It's not often you can eat tasty fast food and feel like it might actually have been good for you, with loads of fresh vegetables. I had both tacos and the crunch wrap supreme, I enjoyed both and can definitely understand the reason they're so popular, I just wish we could get them in the UK. Not much atmosphere, but that's not really why you go, is it. I'll be back!"

"This Taco Bell as disappointed me time and time again but today was the last straw. I went through drive through to get my family lunch. I asked for my husbands Dorito tacos to have no lettuce and the images show what he received. Not even a full scoop of meat! I wouldn’t even call that half. If you look at the other image you’ll see how much meat should have been in the tacos. On top of this, my crunch wrap was very much lacking in fillings and my son’s cheese quesadilla wasn’t even melted. While I was at the window a young woman came up to the young man at drive through and started heavily complaining and being very vocal about missing breaks. The young man at the drive through stayed calm and courteous to the customers though. Seriously considering never returning to this location again and just taking the trip to City Center in the future."

"Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to in my life. I love Taco Bell but this is the only one close to me. I've gone at least 10 times and finally had to stop making excuses for them and just accept that they are the worst. The food is always horrible. The amount of ingredients they put on is a joke. I've actually laughed sometimes at how absurd it is. They've refused to give me a refund on multiple occasions. Their service is abysmal. They are consistently awful and management clearly doesn't care. They have the longest wait time of any fast food place in history. I'm actually considering calling Guinness because these guys have to be breaking some records. Overall, the only reason you should ever go here is if you have 2 hours to kill and want to satisfy a morbid curiosity to see how bad the world's worst Taco Bell is. I'd rather eat out of a dumpster than go to this trash heap again. I'd get more food and it would be way faster."

"After 20 min of waiting for our order, we asked if it would be done soon. The manager (who was hiding in a back room) proceeded to tell us that if you don't pay it doesn't get put in.. um ok then why leave a machine to take the order and say you can pay cash...then instead of them being alerted to the order needing to be taken they just ignore you and you have to get their attention. Anyways after paying she said there are 2 orders in front of you even though we had already waited over 20 min... she was snarky and rude and then disappeared into the back room again. Useless management. So we waited another 10 minutes.. and half our order was wrong... then waited for them to fix it.. 40 min later we left with half cold food. Change the system. The order should go in and they should come ask me to pay. I shouldn't have to jump up and down to pay, and you need new management. Food was terrible. Crunchwrap was cold and empty. Chalupas were hard, and there were 3 pieces of steak in the chalupa. Ridiculous for 30 dollars worth of food."

"Ok, it’s Taco Bell. I don’t have lofty expectations. But I do expect beans in a bean and cheese burrito. I expect the tortilla not to be stale, and I expect it to be warm. I am actually pretty mad about this. I won’t be back. I hope the franchise opener reads this, because this isn’t a customer with high expectations. This is laziness, and a lack of care."
