Arby's

"Food was cold even though just ordered. The roast beef was HARD and tough like shoe leather! The gyro meat was also really gross . Looked old. I usually love Arby’s but this time missed the mark."

"Edit: I'm upping my rating for this Arby's. The $5 after 5 coupon forced my hand, and I've been there a couple times. The Roast Beef was thin and great both times and the staff and management have been accommodating. Old Review: There are two cardinal sins when you visit any Arby's. 1) Skimpy on giving Arby's sauce (or out of it). 2) The roast beef is like thick cut bacon. I have been to this Arby's quite a few times, and though it's been ok, every time, I've had at least one issue. But today, oh today... They broke rule #2. And this was a pickup, so. typically only gonna see this when you're long gone!!! The real secret to the tender roast beef, you may be surprised, is not actually the slow roasting for hours. It's cutting it so thin it barely stays together. It's the toilet paper of meats. When it's thick, it's like eating a fruit leather, except meat flavor. 1.83 mm is completely unacceptable. That's .072 inches!!! That wasn't even the thickest slice! AND, each sandwich was a mess. How are you supposed to keep Arby's sauce nestled in there when a flap of beef slides out the back like a wide, flat rubber band? Never again. I've been going to Arby's since I could talk. And Roast Beef sandwiches are all that matters. The signature item. Why? Gods of the Meats. Why!!!!"

"The Saratoga springs location has always been a slow store, but today the took it to low… ordered my food at 11:30, at 11:45 after noticing we did not have our food, the person which took our order asked if there was anything we needed, at that point I said “my food”…. They completely forgot about making our order, 20 minutes after our order was placed, we finally received our food. Fries were cold and were in bits and pieces, nothing larger than an inch. Looks like they trying to get the order as soon as possible after they found out they all screwed up. FYI there was no one in the drive thru or in the lobby or ordering, so to say they were busy, it was a ghost town, even with the staff… So disappointing how the manager handle the situation, we were looking around for the staff for 5 min, there was no one there to check the status of our order. Pay a lot of money for POOR service, I am sad to say I am not going to Arby’s anymore, especially in Saratoga Springs!!!!!"

"This is how I received my double beef n cheddar sandwich. I took a couple bites and opened the buns to see why the meat was so chewy and completely inedible. It looked like someone chewed up the beef and spit it onto my sandwich. I threw away the food because it was making me gag after a couple bites. To be fair the curly fries were good, but this was such a terrible experience I will never eat here again!"

"Portion sizes are AWFUL. This combo, with a 4 piece mozzarella stick, was $15 dollars. The au jus was not even half full. The workers are friendly, but these portion sizes are not worth the price."
